Complete Setup for Weddings at Home & in the Village
No hall or vatika needed: hold the wedding at your own home. We bring and set up everything from the tent to the halwai, on time and for the amount you tell us.
About 90% of our customers are village families who hold the wedding at their home, courtyard, street or village chaupal. A village wedding has warmth: your own people, your own place. We decorate that space with pandal, stage, lighting and flowers so you don't miss a banquet hall.

A village home wedding: our part, start to finish
Before booking: you visit Khorra to see the drapes, chairs, stages and pandal designs, and we ask the size of your courtyard, street or plot and the guest count to suggest the right tent size.
Before the function: our vehicle brings everything to your home. We enclose the space with kanat, put up the pandal, lay durries and carpets, decorate the stage and gate, and run jhalar lights from the house to the street.
During the function: generator backup is ready, the halwai cooks on the bhatti, and DJ and sound run on demand. Bedding for relatives and the baraat's janwasa is ours too.
After the function: everything is taken down, counted and loaded back. Your courtyard and street are left as they were, with no separate transport charge.
How to have a good wedding on a small budget
Take everything from one place: hiring tent, lights, decoration and halwai separately raises both cost and running around.
Take only what you need: give an accurate guest count and we size the tent and chairs to it.
Decorate where the photos are: the stage and entry gate.
Fix the date early: items get booked fast on saava (muhurat) days.
See before you decide: visiting Khorra to see the items and designs makes choosing easy.
Courtyard, street, field or chaupal: we fit the space
Whether it's decoration outside the house or a tent in the street, we fit the tent, kanat and decoration to the space. After the function we pack everything up and take it back, with no separate transport charge.
Frequently asked questions
The wedding is at our home. How does the setup work?
Most of our customers hold the wedding at their own home in the village. We bring everything to your home, set up the tent, stage, lighting and decoration, and take it all back after the function, with no separate transport charge.
Can we visit to see your items and pandal designs?
Yes, of course. Visit Bharat Tent & Light House in Khorra (Bhaloth Pana) to see the decoration items, drapes, chairs, stage and pandal designs in person, so you understand how the setup will look at your home. Please call 99918 64283 before coming.
Can you set up the tent outside the house or in the street?
Yes. In the courtyard, outside the house, in the street, a field or the chaupal: we fit the tent, kanat and decoration to the space you have.
How can we have a good wedding on a small budget?
Hold it at home or in the village and take tent, lighting, decoration and halwai from one place, which saves the cost and running around of many vendors. Take only the items you need, focus decoration on the stage and entry gate (where most photos are taken), and fix the date early. Tell us your budget and we'll do the whole job to your satisfaction for that amount.
What do we get if we hold the wedding at home instead of a banquet hall?
The same complete arrangement at your home or village: pandal, stage, lighting, flowers, halwai and crockery, among your own people, in your own place and for the amount you tell us. You take only what you need.
Looking for an affordable tent house. Can you work within a budget?
Since 1995 Bharat Tent & Light House has mainly served budget-conscious families: fair prices, no hidden costs, free transport. Tell us your budget and we'll give you a satisfying setup for exactly that amount.
Who cooks the food for a village wedding at home?
Our experienced halwai cooks set up the bhatti and cook at your home. We also bring the large utensils, crockery and pangat/counter setup.
Do you charge extra for transport?
No. Delivery, setup and pickup are our responsibility, with no separate transport charge.
How early should I book in the wedding season?
Popular saava (muhurat) dates fill first, so book as soon as your date is fixed.
